This mini laser engraving machine operates with high precision and stability and is great for DIY engraving. The Neje JZ-5 laser engraver is ideal for engraving into materials such as hardwoods, plastic, bamboo, rubber, leather, paper card and so on. However it is not suitable for engraving metal, aluminum or acrylic.

The unit has a strong, sturdy structure, its unique frame is manufactured from rigid components for maximum stability. It utilises a 500mW high speed blue laser head for the ultimate in precision high speed, high resolution engraving and this also increases the variety of materials it can engrave, it is that precise that you could even engrave a toothpick!! The laser engraver supports automatic positioning and has an adjustable focus lens to manually adjust the "laser dot" for different widths.

The printing area is 38mm x 38mm and you can print images with 512 x 512 pixel resolution and is supported by Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10.

Yes the print area is small and no it can't do materials like aluminium or steel, so you won't be starting up an engraving business with this, but if you want an inexpensive, fun little tool to introduce you to laser engraving before you become Auric Goldfinger, then this Mini Laser Engraver is perfect. 

Important Note: Protective laser glasses are supplied with the engraver, these must be worn at all times when operating the machine.
