this 4s pack does not show or state the type of battery connector (if any) is attached to the lead.

No, in fact it is a plug with two female connectors in diameter 3,5mm. I only use 4mm gold connectors for batteries, so I cracked mine and use them together with male connectors to supply my motors o the ESC.
