I would say by looking at the pic you are getting two sets per pack. 4 groved washers and 2 bearing cages.

Don't buy this!!! Defective product! It's with too tight hole. You wouldn't be able to use this with most spindle shafts... :/

Get a few extras! when dissasembling a head and one of the mineature ball brngs fall out it cant be found. At the price of this why bother anyway.
