These packs came well balanced. Im using these in a trex 600 as 12s 2800. The CG is good. The batteries seem to put out good power from start to finish. The packs come down a little warmer than other types that ive been using. The physical size of the pack is quite small but an odd shape, fits easily under canopy. Perhaps being a smaller pack adds to the fact it gets warmer during use, all that current being pulled out of a smaller pack makes it get hotter. Cells balance well during charging. It came with xt60's on it which is fantasic cause ive converted all my stuff to this connector.

i use a few pairs of these for a 12S trex600 with scorpion motor.
they just get slightly warm and they do not have the best performance (voltage drop) that i have seen. but they are not as heavy as higher C batts and the price is unbeatable! anyway, of all the batteries i have had for this heli setup, this is the best choice for me now.

Bought 3 of packs as they were dirt cheap and I've been super happy with my other 6S 3000mah 20 and 40C Flightmax packs on my Trex500esp.
Wanted a lighter battery than the Zippy H 3300's I was running before so I sold off the 4 of those I had that were like new, and got 6 of these, and actually put a bit of $ in my pocket at the same time.
These are 2 oz lighter than the 3300's. Fit better under the canopy.
Punch seems very good, but hard to say how they will hold out until I fly them more. Crashed on my first flight with these due to not pre-flighting my 500 properly, lost a ball off my swash and the link from the swash to the mixing arm came off. One blade became a lame duck and it farted it's way back to earth lol.
That one's on me and aside being mad at myself a bit, I can handle this crash as opposed to my Trex500esp which broke it's belt and I'm still stewing about that one.
Anywho, so far 2 thumbs up for the Zippy Flightmax 3000's. One thing I don't like is the connector they use. Now they are also changed versus teh first several I got. Those were quite brittle so I could just get them off by cracking them with a pliers and peeling them off. The newer plastic is alot more flexible so I just use a cutoff wheel and slice them down the side one at a time. I keep the ends and have accumulated enough to build some output leads for my charger(4mm bullets) as I

bad cell again. got 2 to use in series for a 12S setup.
i am realy tired of getting bad cell batts!! returns and the rest are too much of a trouble.
Huge dissapointment!
