They can sell it for whatever they want to sell it for. If you dont like the price don't buy it. What does the Attorney General have to do with it anyway....... this is America (free enterprise).
Its $40 more because it cost money to run a warehouse and to pay all the employees that run it etc.
and last i checked its still cheaper then buying and shipping it over here even if you could with this plane.
trying buying somthing like this at your local hobby shop they would charge you twice as much lol tell the attorney general about that......... i love hobbyking !!!!

They have to ship it over here for one, 2 they have to pay US taxes now. Before they could not ship it over here, so now at least we can have it over hear much easier. I have been wanting want of these, and as soon as I get the extra cash I will ahve one. :)
I PAID $15.14 SHIPPING CHARGE FROM USA WAREHOUSE TO CALIFORNIA. PLUS $249, SO TOTAL OF $265. NO ONE COULD SELL A PLANE LIKE THIS FOR TO $265 DELIVERED AT YOUR DOOR STEP. EVEN THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAN NOT BELIEVE IT!
I got it from the US warehouse, however, the shipping time to California was more than the shipping time from China.
The plane arrived in good condition and everything works perfect. Took 2 hrs to glue everything, run the wires, and make it work. The mixing is for the split elevators, Y connections won't work for this connection.
Does it come with instructions on what you need to build it and how to build it? Also what is a 11.1V 3000mah 20C Lipo battery and a TX & RX (with V-type mixing)
Maidened mine the other day, using 3300mAh Turnigy 3S Nanotech. I did not bother checking the CG, nor locating the CG. Just took it to the field and see if she's going to fly, and yes, maiden turned out great. I used the stock electronics. Elevator and ailerons, separate, not mixed as recommended. CONSUMED 2000mAh out of the 3300mah fully charged battery after 3 min of moderate flying (60-70pcnt throttle). Landing was easy. Only thing moded to my Airbus was the nose gear, wich I decided to replace it with Shock absorbing alloy struts, before maiden fligt. Before maiden, I checked the 4 EDFs. Found out that 3 motors out of 4, were not tightened. There are 4 screws per motor. In fact, one screw came off, got sucked-in by the fan, during ground testing. It would have been one of A380's WORST AIR DISASTER IN HISTORY ! NICE SCALE AIRCRAFT. A380 NOW BOARDING...

I RECEIVED MY A380 AIRBUS FEW DAYS AGO. WOW! QUALITY IS 10 TIMES NICER THAN THE PICTURES. Got mine from HK's USA warehouse with only $15 shipping (arrived in one week) to California. Build time is Quick and EASY.
CAREFUL! THERE IS A LONG THREAD @ rcgroups , WHERE FLYERS "LOSING" THE FAN UNITS IN THE AIR. OTHERWISE, IT WOULD BE AAAplus. Thank GOD, it has 4 www.link

Jason, do you know if this will be back in stock before xmass? I'm sure you will sell them very fast again if so. Tell your boss.
Sorry this would not post in the Discussion so had to post it in the review part. I will give a good review on this plane if I can ever get it.

-MUST SEE www.link is the same video as the other A380's 3rd flight I uploaded, but has been edited. THE FIRST VIDEO IS "UNCUT VERSION" FROM TAKE-OFF TO LANDING". This video clips were both taken from a ground Cam perspective and the Videographer's Cam. Both Cameras are FLIP ULTRA HD. There was a 3rd camera at the other end of the runway, but forgot to turn ON, and flight is already delayed. Oh well . . www.link
