A pity Hobbycity hasn't had the decency to reply to my question as to why my order of 2 of these batteries was shipped with only 1 of these included. They also left out 3 of the four 1300mAh 3S batteries I ordered. It's been two days since I e-mailed their "Customer Service" and still no reply. Not good enough Hobbycity...
3 days for their support to reply - still waiting for an e-mail that isn't "can you please provide a picture of...". Have photographed everything from the closed box, to the label on the box and the scales I weighed the package on. No doubt "Joey" will ask me for a spectral analysis of the glue on the sticky tape next.
Sick of being treated like I've stuffed up when they are the ones that can't count to 6.
Hobbyking get a huge amount of orders daily and even the best make mistakes. Please be patiant as they have good customer service and you problem will be resolved soon. There's no where else you can get such good quality for such a cheap price, so hopefully one mistake won't stop you buying again as Hobbyking really are a great company.

i bought a set of these for my E-revo ... the battery doors needed to lose a bit for the wires to fit but otherwise fit great. awesome power at a great price! flipped the car while traveling 3/4 throttle!!
