Early October for me. Hobbyking is sucking big time on this one. I'm considering contacting Paypal again. Seems that Hobbyking lets you think that your products are on order to quell any complaints made to Paypal and then just wait until the paypal complaint time expires. Getting seriously pissed off with HK.

After 5 1/2 months, and no joy from customer service (they don't even answer e-mails now) I rang HK. I was told stock would be 2-4 weeks, which I have been told before, so I asked for a refund. I was told 2-4 weeks for the refund. So I got store credit and ordered some odds and sods from Hongkong.

Good bye Hobby King - I hope you fail. Your customer service has been Sh*t and your Aus warehouse has been Sh*t. You've turned a big fan into a mortal enemy. Hopefully you didn't stuff up my final order.

It's been almost 2 months since I ordered mine (and they were in stock then). Still waiting for the 3 they didn't send me (if they didn't send them then why don't they have them). I'd order from another supplier if I were you (try ebay). HK Aus seems to have gone cold.

I have had this item on Order (2 off) since the middle of December when they were not in stock. However they have been in stock for at least a week now and my order (No 2001843113) is still listed as "processing. When will it be sent - I need them.

Hmm, that's interesting Ted. I ordered 4 when they were first in stock and was only sent 1. Somehow the remaining 3 completely disappeared from the warehouse as they couldn't be sent to me (had to go on backorder despite the fact that I had already paid for "in stock" items). I didn't notice they were in stock in December - and I still don't have mine. Getting pretty damn annoyed with HK (as such I haven't ordered anything from HK since that stuff up and won't until I get what I've paid for).

I've been waiting for 1 since mid December. The annoying thing is that I was mainly after a 3D Extra Plane which came into stock just before Xmas but is now held up waiting for the battery. Only put the battery on the same order to make up the weight I was paying for. Have just noticed a shipment of this battery has arrived at Hong Kong - hopefully an Aus shipment will follow.

Given that so many of HK's model planes use these size batteries, you would think they would bother having a good stock. After all, why by a plane if you cannot get a battery for it?

Although I am generally pretty happy with HK, I think they are not handling this one very well.

I found reasonably priced 1500mAh on ebay that fit the F9 I bought from Hobby King (i.e. They're slightly bigger than these batteries - but higher capacity). Because of the ***r performance of HK regarding this (and the other battery I ordered and was not sent) I've stopped dealing with them. Plenty of other places you can get comparable products (such as ebay). They simply don't care about their customers - and will lie to you when you ask about the progress of your order.

I was told "new stock could take up to 4 weeks" over 4 weeks ago. I've been waiting for mine for > 3 months now. I'm not ordering anything from HobbyKing until mine turn up.

3 days for their support to reply - still waiting for an e-mail that isn't "can you please provide a picture of...". Have photographed everything from the closed box, to the label on the box and the scales I weighed the package on. No doubt "Joey" will ask me for a spectral analysis of the glue on the sticky tape next.

Sick of being treated like I've stuffed up when they are the ones that can't count to 6.

Yes WIll you are dead right. These batteries do indeed rock! I was going to take a gun and kill everyone at my local Wal-Mart but thanks to your astonishing review, i decided not to. I've joined the Mormons instead! How bout that!! And i owe it all to you.. God bless you Saint Will...

disapointed with HK as I have a P-51D Mustang from HK which arrived in exellent order BUT no
batteries.I don't know why HK keep a stock for
these models.
