if the model calls for 25C will a 30C pack work?

Yes. 30c is a slightly higher discharge rate. 30c may be just a bit heavier than 25c but it should be fine...

Ihave found on D/f most times higher c-rating will up your power a good bit.So it is well worth the added weight for more power! Harold H.

Like it?
Solid Battery, Good Charge and Discharge rates. Run 2 of these on a 3D-HobbyShop SHP Extra300 with a 1100KV Motor, 40a ESC and a 12x6 Prop. Great power and depending on how hard you fly i would expect somewhere between 5-7 minutes for a similar setup. I also have the 3s 3000mah packs and they have lasted over 60 flights with no noticeable loss of power.
