To setup propeller, what should I buy? and how to put it? I really have no idea and cannot imagine. or which propeller can be fix? I want to buy 5030 but as I know the whole of this propeller is only 1.8mm or may be 2mm. Please... Thanks in advance.
 DAJARAJA 305 points
hey Nyana, i have this motor and this is how i it works.first of all if you look under the main picture you will c prop/amp/thrust combo for sized props.your prop is too small but it comes down to personal preference.ok how the prop gose on,check this out EPO ParkJet MkII w/Outrunner, ESC, Servo, V-tail Mixer (PNF)look at the picture of prop/motor, even though it is a incorrect set up the rubber band gose on the same way to prop.the silver adapter represents the grey adapter with screws sticking out of it .the hole is bigger i have tested with tgs sport props hole size and fits perfect, the props also come with prop hole adapters so it can fit different size adapters.the diameter measured of prop hole needs to be around 7mm or 5.5mm good luck.

Is it my eyes? I see the set screws for the rubber band/o-ring not properly aligned.
 waterlogged 2548 points
You could be right. There seems to be a little damage to the left of the pin. I don't think the hole was drilled wrong but the pin may be slightly bent just a little to the right. Then again it could be an optical illusion caused by the macro lens. It's not your eyes though.
 waterlogged 2548 points
I do concur, not really a young Australian's way of talking. How does one temporarily set up a pin for a prop saver? Either it's set up or isn't. Also something is either cross threaded or it isn't there's no such thing as cross threaded "a bit" Typical dumb answers.

Water* ... sorry for the delayed reply ... good know my eye are not that bad.

Strange, I just made a $140.00 order and was offered this motor as a freebie. "Valued at $30.00" said the freebie blurb. I thought "OK I'll order extra to take it over $100 to get a $30.00 freebie" Now I see it was only worth $12.55. Have you ever felt conned ???A blatant lie ? Why would HK tell porkies like that?
 majik01 2678 points
It could be MSRP that is initially mentioned which is higher than the discounted price for HK members which would explain the difference in prices for the same item when logged in vs not.
 waterlogged 2548 points
I don't think the difference would be $17.45. They give a discount for platinum members but don't you think that's a bit much? It was simply a con to make me spend more. Anyway only platinum members get freebies so they would or rather should quote the going price. Check it out. Don't log on and check the price then log on and see if it changes by $17.55. I don't think so I'll just check next time. Anyway, what use is it. When I saw $30.00 I thought it would be a decent motor. This one is for a toy.

And being from India Mr.Kalyan you probably never will. Even more proof of you non-Australian upbringing. By the way, still no proof of anything you've told us. So all the BS aboutyou being born bred and educated in Australia is as we thought, a pack of lies. Also, I had yet another enquiry from RCIndia about you. I wasn't going to say anything but after your loudmouthed little boy started playing games I decided to tell them the facts. I find your post's beginning rather confusing. I don't think I know an Australian who wouls begin a post in that way. You, with 125 planes, all from Hobbyking doesn't know the answer to such a dumb question. It seems your chat with HK admin has made little difference.

by the sounds of it waterlogged, your a very angry racest person and you do not do justice for the Australian people. who cares where someone was raised, or what colour or race a person is,we all bleed red at the end of the day.with people like you waterlogged in our country,it makes me feel ashamed for being Australian!I think you have a problem and should take a long hard look in the mirror!
 waterlogged 2548 points
How surprising that anyone should be ashamed to be an Australian over something which has nothing racist about it. When was the law passed that I should do justice to anyone. Anyway it was Mr Kalyan who pretended to be an Australian female. Don't you find that a problem, someone giving Australians a bad name by scamming under the guise of an Australian? Also my comment about him never understanding was a fact. Most people from India don't understand sarcasm which was made by a person renowned for sarcasm. Maybe if you read what was posted you would understand before abusing me and accusing me of having a problem. Perhaps it's you who have a problem. I find your post both demeaning and untrue. So much for "Justice"

WELL DONE, waterlogged.
 waterlogged 2548 points
Thank you zSimon. I'm not sure what I did to deserve it but a nice kind word makes life a little better. Good luck with your RCing and may all your problems be small ones.

love your work Waterlogged, pretty clear from the scammer Kellyann's comment that "it" is no Australian, education is free in this country. Admin needs to delete your accounts already Kellyann the scammer.
 waterlogged 2548 points
Thanks Rdemptioner but poor health and spending almost a year contending with this sicko has forced me to ask anyone else to take up the fight to get rid of him. The feeble minded don't care and the intelligent ones don't have time or the courage.

Great little motor. I used this and a 8x4.3 prop; 2s 500mah battery on a scratch built FT Flyer from Flite Test. Plenty of thrust and speed for that build without pulling many amps.

I put this motor on the Click-1, 200 g. Prop 8*4, 2s460 mah, 12A ESC Mag8. The motor is bad, the sudden addition of the throttle there is a failure of generation (beeps). Heated and a little power. In the garbage.

Got it as a freebie, no problems. Looks like a bit quality motor with HK label. Quite tiny, weighs 24 gram with backage.
