use nylon bolts on the landinggear!
for instance: logo 600, trex 600 etc..
this will avoid you breaking the landing gear for time to time! of even breaking the frame!

Very good threaded screws. I cut a small notch in them. Then, it's the screw that breaks and not anything important. Good value. Use them with the M3 nylon nuts.
Price is on par with many of the other offshore offerings, though, availability is an issue with the popular 3 mm sizes along with the nylon nut. Deep philips slots with a large head should negate any problems with tightening and removing these screws. I used them in non-vital areas when weight reduction is necessary. Also they allow items to break off easily when the heli hits mother earth or any other immoveable object.
