buy the pack with 10 3mm prop saver and rubber

You need 3mm prop adapter, do not use a prop saver on a quad with props this size. And I don't recommend those motors on a quad.

As far as I understand, for a quadcopter I need 2 of this and 2 right handed but what about the shaft adapters? this set include the shaft adapters?

If you want to use them on on quad then don't use a a prop saver, use a prop adapter, most motors come with a suitable adapter.

also it is suitable for multi-rotor applications like qadcopters (two CW and two CCW) propeller needed

It means that half of the props in pack rotate CW, the other half CCW.

These props are absolute crap. I have Turnigy 3530 1100kv motors for my quad, and one of these props exploded in mid air, ruining my quad in the very first run. Second prop blew hovering in my garage, these are NOT suitable for the high RPM required to lift a 1500g quad. Regular plastic, and they bend massively in air, making tonnes of noise.
