hi, what type of battery connector does it have because i know that some people had trouble with the blue arf version of this plane because the bought the recommended battery but it had different connectors.
yes it is quite fast for its size (no good for indoor) and is good aerobatic but make sure you glue the support struts on as well as possible to reduce wing flex and the risk of them folding up. only problem is when the struts are inplace it makes it hard to get the battery in and out but i just charge mine while its in the plane.
just got to $149 on my order and got a window that said FREE $100 VALUE PIPER CUB IF YOU ORDER OVER $150 so i went and bought something i didn't need, and added the MICROJ3-RTF then i got a message saying i could not add that to my order because i could not mix warehouses then i went to the AUS warehouse and discovered this aircraft is not there does this mean i can only receive these special offers if i buy from the international website? if i am entitled to a freebie, shouldn't it be available from the warehouse i am currently shopping at?? BP
I agree mate, have had this exact fight with HK before, when something was advertised as a special with no warehouse designated, when I went to the item it said available form your local warehouse (AU) but they wanted to charge me $50 more because it wasn't on special from the AU warehouse or so the operator told me when I rang and complained, I did point out that there was no warehouse designated on the special and they told me to pay the AU price or buy from the international warehouse , from which postage would of added up to the additional I would of paid to buy at full price from the AU warehouse, I think the Australian Consumer Commission needs to have a good hard look at HK's sale policies.
it a yes and No it depend on your flying experience because it's quite small and fast. but if your think to buy this one i suggest you get the micro cessna 182 it's the exact same design and size. but the cessna is more stable and predictable and easier to learn.
Yes it is a full 4 ch with aileron, elevator, rudder and a steerable tail wheels too. But the hatch for batt is very tight fit.

Its WEIGHT without battery is heavy 150 grams. I used a RHINO 360 mAh 2S. Anything larger WON'T fit the small hatch. The battery cannot be moved FOWARD enough to adjust Centre Of Gravity, so plane will be slightly tail heavy. It makes it flyable but TWITCHY without adding MORE weight to the nose. Tacky looking 'engine' stickers and bare wire undercarriage make it look toyish. MISSING main wing nut so improvised one. GLUE: I used UHU-POR not the supplied glue. CONTROL horns: re-fitted the LINK STOPPERS to middle hole for better THROWS. FLIGHT: Too heavy and fast for INDOOR use. Small AILERONS so won't roll. WEATHER: Calm/slight breeze only flying conditions. RECEIVER: used Spektrum AR6100 which only just SQUEEZED in.

I just received this little plane few days ago and everything came nicely packed. it's has a good paint job and seems pretty good epo foam but the batt hatch is very small I use the HK6 ch tx rx with the 460mah nano tech and it's very tight fit. But As I'm a beginner so I got her for my training. So see how I go. So with the packing and the plane it self i give it a 3 to 4 star but No flying yet.

Continue with my review. The battery compartment is so small I put a 460 mah nanotech and I had to cut a bit off the foam out to fit it. I can not get this little one to fly. It just flip and turn then fall straight down from the sky. Cannot be controlled. Don't know why? Compare this to the micro cesnna 182 from the same manufacturer easysky the cesnna is way way better. So over all with the 2 little plane at a similar price I for sure prefere the cesnna.

not a beginner plane at all, which i found out the hard way. way to fast and heavy for indoor. battery hatch is microscopic plus the support strut is in the way which makes it even more difficult.decals and landing gear are poor. really i would not recomend this or any easysky product ( i jave a few) to any one unless you are super good pilot and love fixing/repairing. there is also a cessna like this but just as bad.
