I use this for my HK500 with 3GX FBL heli! Very nice setup for the bird! I charge it at 7Amp about 2C. And it cool all the way. Get about 6:30 on sport flying with some flip. I will try 3000mah next. I hope it fit the HK500. I have the Zippy 3000 and it was too fat to fit in the canopy.
Got these for a Trex500, and they work really well. They've remained really well balanced after every flight. Packs come down warm, but not hot and not puffy. I'm not running insane head speed, and not doing cracked out 3D, though. So, for me, these are just what I want. Going to order more.
Oh, weight of my 2 batteries are 384g and 388g with Dean's connector.
