NO. if you charge at the same 1C rate, it still require the same time to charge them as 3cell lipo. if you charge 2200 11.1v at 2.2A it require 1hour to fully charge. if you charge 1300 at 1.3A it still require 1hour to fully charge it. please charge at max 1C current to have a longer life span for your lipos.
actually i dont think that motor wil get burned by high voltage, it will only burned because of heat due to its overloaded operation. if we dont go over the heat limit and use a smaller pinion i don't think the motor will burst. motor and ESC is 2 different thing. if you connect 3s esc to 6s cell it will surely blowout instantly right after you connect it to the lipo.
