Battery arrived yesterday. Went to charge this battery and it says "connection break" on charger. Charger is fine with all other batteries. thoughts?

I have bought three of these batteries to run in my Dynam/hobbyking Spitfire 1200mm. These batteries are fantastic. All came with cells balanced and right in storage level. I get easy 8 min flight times with lots of full throttle. The batteries dot even get warm at all. Up to the task. I will buy more for other applications. Great stuff.
