Put one of these up front of a 900 gram easy glider, with an 11x6 folding. Drawing 14 amp at max throttle, giving a nice gentle climb, maybe 30 degrees. Happy enough, balances plane perfectly, long run time, great cool efficient motor.

Motor draws 14.5 amps on 3s WOT 11X6 folding prop. Using Hobbyking 20 amp $9 ESC. Motor and ESC only get slightly warm. Draws slightly more current (15.5) amps on 10X8 folder prop. This is a 150 watt motor Power(watts) = Volts X current not 250 watts as mentioned in the write up. Decent shaft size 4mm and the shaft is protruding from the correct end saving you having to push out the shaft as with some other motors.

These are great little motors. They look almost identical to the E-Flyte 450 motors but cost less than 1/2 as much. Unfortunately you can't reverse the shaft to this motor is front of firewall mounted only. It happily turns a 9x6 and gives about 200w without getting warm, I found that anything above this stresses the motor too much.

Great motors, i used 4 on my quad and all work perfectly. I did not put connectors on the motors, i just soldered the wires to the esc. I am using 10x4 SF props and 30amp esc's.
