Just got this battery. Plugged it into the stock Hobby Zone mini super cub charger, and IT CAUGHT ON FIRE !! Luckily I had the battery in a large open jar so the fire was contained.

I wanted a larger capacity battery for my plane (460 vs. 300 mAH), but am very afraid of more fires!

Is this a defective battery??

Anyone elses had problems with these?

I've successfully used the Hobby King Light Max (350 maH) batteries w/o incident....

Very Very Very good qualliti Buy this
   matches12323 (24%)
Yes you can, that would be at 2C. If you are going to charge at 2C be careful and watch it. I charge my batteries at 2C all of the time, but keep them in a lipobag. Just be sure to use caution when charging these! -Tyler

if you charge at higher values you will shorten the batteries lifespan, but it's been done before. remember to hang out and watch the first few times you try it . I charge mine at .5amps and it charges in about 25 mins with balancer connected. hope this helps ya.

It is better to charge this lipo pack with 0.46 amps, but if you hurry, you can charge with 0.9 amps. There is no problem.

Good afternoon*

I have a Helicopter Hirobo SRB QUARK and do not know if these batteries are compatible or not with the helicopter, especially by the size of the connectors and battery. I can report if they are compatible?

Thanks
   silver (50%)
You can use this Lipo for the SRB Quark. But you need the connector "MOLEX - 43645-0200", Crimp Sockets "MOLEX - 43030-0007" and a crimping tool..."MOLEX - 63819-0000" (tool costs 280 €)
