More than just a fancy name. TURNIGY nano-tech lithium polymer batteries are built with an LiCo  nano-technology substrate complex greatly improving power transfer making the oxidation/reduction reaction more efficient, this helps electrons pass more freely from anode to cathode with less internal impedance.

The nano-core technology in lithium ion batteries is the application of nanometer conductive additives.
1) The nanometer conductive additives form ultrastrong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity.
2) These additives create a superstrong ability for imbibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion.
Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high rate discharge decreases greatly.
Advantages over traditional Lipo batteries;
-Power density reaches 7.5 kw/kg.
-Less Voltage sag during high rate discharge, giving more power under load.
-Internal impedance can reach as low as 1.2mΩ compared to that of 3mΩ of a standard Lipoly.
-Greater thermal control, pack usually doesnt exceed 60degC
-Thickness swelling during heavy load doesnt exceed 5%, compared to 15% of a normal Lipoly during heavy load.
-Higher capacity during heavy discharge. More than 90% at 100% C rate.
-Fast charge capable, up to 15C on some batteries.
-Longer Cycle Life, almost double that of standard lipoly technology.

yes if you take out the battery posts and place valcro on back of battery and place of battery on the car.

The battery that you've selected is a super battery, but the length is to high. The required Dimensions is: (WxLxH): 32x87x19mm The Turnigy Nano is:32x118x15mm. My I suggest the Rhino 1550mAh 3S 11.1v 30C Lipoly Pack that Hobby King offers for $18.02. You'll also need to attach the a Traxxas style female plug which HK offers here Traxxas style Plug Male & Female (10pairs/set).

I bought one of these just to see if the measurement in the specification was right. Because I want to find a lipo of this size of capacity and a maximum width of less than 33 millimeters to fit in my STR8-MB 1/18 off road buggy.
But, the size of this Lipo is (without the cables):
35x12x104mm. so it won't fit in the car very well. But I can always use it in some of the other toys I have.

im not sure about 25-50c...

the original baterie is 7.2v, this one is 7.4v, almost the same i think that it wont gonna be a problem right ?

Well, you can use Lipo, if boat ESC support lipo battery :)
Yep, you can. Actually, when you find a place inside the boat (and it will be VERY hard due its size) boat can sunk... :-)

I am not sure if i am right but to charge this battery at umm 3C it would take a a charger capable of 4.8 Amps Right? 1.6x3=4.8 So if my charger could handle 6 Amps i could charge this at about 3.5C Max 1.6x3.5=5.6 Amps

This is a very nice battery. The Battery has a better life and good discharge rate... what can i say... the battery is very impressive... another good product from hobbycity...

Fantastic battery, had to supply and solder my awn dean plug but hey, big deal. Bought 2 and they have performed flawlessly. I use them with my custom venom crawler with a holmes hobbies 55T hand wound motor and so much more torque with these batteries!
