Hi, davidpc2, i don't know if it applies, to LiFePO4 packs, but using LiPO packs which are >15C in applications like transmitter isn't very good, because high discharge battery has higher self discharging level, than <5C packs which are specially designed for transmitters. Oh, and by the way high discharge packs are designed for performance, not the life time of the battery itself. But again, I can't guarantee that this is applying to LiFePO4 packs..

Hi Punto, some guys in other discussion confirmed that high discharge batt won't damage a Tx, but as you say, it could discharge more quick, but just in case the demand of the Tx was high, which I don't think. My principal doubt was if I could damage the Tx and they've confirmed that would not happen, at leat because of the C rating. Thanks much.

Ohh, ok.. Anyway it will be better than LiPO, because it can do 5 times more cycles.

Once I used a 3S lipo with a Tx like HK-310, I bought it in other store, before it appeared here, more expensive by the way. I was just the same with a different sticker, and after trying a 3S Tx lipo pack, the Tx started normally but I couldn't bind the Rx any more. At least the guys at the store, replaced it without cost, I was amazed. I tried same batt in a Sanwa Tx and worked fine, so I think a cheapper Tx is much more sensible. That is the point of Life 3S 9.9v pack. But HK doesn't supply a life flat pack for my Tx. That's the story, maybe helps.
