Hallo

I can highly recomment the HK Turnigy Ultra-light wood propeller 14x8 ( Produkt ID: TRSP-14x8 )
After mounting you will never use the Stock prop again...
Good upgrade, better performance and look !
Great value !

chec..:-) k the esc wire soldering ! -> mine has a "cold" soldering. ECC work fine,no programming necessary.

i found the wires going to the esc have been pushed against the motor mount and split the outer sheaving on the wires shorting them out. So might have to change the esc it may be damaged i have heat shrunk them but will have to see if it works or not
shaggy11  1 points - 3/18/2013

i finally got out today with my sbach and to my appointment after two mins of flying the throttle wont go past half way with out the motor stopping some time when you throttle up on the floor after half way you get a funny nose and the motor stops spinning ????? is this the esc or is it not programmed right ????

Is this unit 3D flight well like a parkmaster?
NCflyer  13 points - 12/28/2012

I had one of these in my basket this morning, but backed out of the sale when my only postage option was a $50 ride with China Post :( Will this be coming to the Australian warehouse any time soon?
 NCflyer 13 points
I couldnt take it any longer. Its on the way :)
 teknokraze 79 points
The way I see it, for a model this size and quality at my local hobbyshop, which is 5 hours away from me, would end up costing me almost twice that this does even with high shipping cost and it's delivered to my door. I don't even blink at the shipping costs anymore.
 NCflyer 13 points
Yes your right Tekno. Hobbyking are selling this Sbach for less than a set of electrics would cost in a similar size aircraft build. I'm looking forward to flying it in a few weeks time.

Hi! Spare parts will be sold, when? (fuselage, wing set etc..)
Ben  1 points - 11/26/2012

What is the stock motor and esc of this plane? And if you could, please explain to me the relationship between props, motors, and esc.
karlsen  21 points - 11/24/2012

Problems with stock motor or ESC..? First flight was nice noe problem, motor ok. Second flight, when full throttle motor make strange noice and slow down. When I gave slowly full throttle motor some times work fine. Is it the motor or the ESC who make trouble? Timing on the ESC? May I have to replace both motor and the ESC?
 karlsen 21 points
And all cables to the motor is connected.
 Toad1 49 points
I had problems with the ESC working randomly too, cutting power from the receiver and such. Changed the esc and it's been working fine since.
 karlsen 21 points
I bought a new NTM 42-48 650KV and an 70A Turnigy ESC. The new NTM 42-38 need some job to fit the motor mount. I contacted HK about the bad motor / ESC, but they only asked me to send it back.... Shipping back to HK is more expencive than new motor and ESC.
 Triple Seven 3 points
Uhmm. looks like MX2 ESC problem. On MXs ESC tag shows TP-E04-0080 and is not programmable. Meaning that you can destroy your lipo pack in one flight in going below 3.2 V per cell. I had issues with Hk on support and finally elected to buy a red brick to replace original ESC. Works like a charm. Original problems are gone: Engines running full thrust then slowing down. Close throttle, reopen engines run for 2 minutes then slows down..Strange engine noises (like dc -dc converters) peaking up...Well you got the point, all you settings are right but you suspects something is not right. If you esc shows same brand as mine only place to mount it is the garbage can.

and the stock motor, how watts give and amps? With 13*6
 chris 29 points
13x6 prop it will draw 52amps and give 730 watts.
Kirita  1 points - 11/19/2012

I need to change the stock motor, because it crash Some idea, I looking similar motor, little more power
 Gary 3001 points
Take a look at the NTM 42-48 650KV,this would be a good replacement,on a 4s pack and a 13x6 prop it will draw 52amps and give 760 watts of power which will fly this model really well,it could even be propped up a little bit more to give even more power.
Todd  14 points - 11/14/2012

The Bixler 1400 is an excellent next step up. Good beginners airplane as well as aerobatic .
Aidan  2 points - 11/13/2012

Could this be classed as a sort of beginer plane? I have got a glider and i was thinking that this could be my next plane.
 Gary 3001 points
No,this is way to advanced, look for a sport model with ailerons for your next model, something like the Wilga-2000 would be good,or one of the Cub's or Cessna type aircraft.

2.75" check post #1212 on rcgroups www.link
hernborc  12 points - 10/25/2012

Got the answer from HK people, just add some small item with the plane and then order can be finished. Seems they can´*t ship it straight from china to argentina when you order it alone, but they can when you add anything else and it is shiopped from hong kong.
hernborc  12 points - 10/14/2012

Why it can't be shipped to argentina? Weight is not the issue, neither is max lenght
Ben  1 points - 9/29/2012

Hey. Me again. Where is the CG located for this plane? The instructions don't say much. Thank you.
 Toad1 49 points
Should be around 120mm from the leading edge of the wing.

Same for me ! Received the black one whereas I ordered the orange one... What's happened to you Hobby King, is it the Chinese New Year ?
Not used to such mistake with you !
Fortunately I didn't have a Sbach, whatever the colour, but I 'd have preferred the original orange colour.
Nevertheless the quality seems good, good looking EPO. Hope to fly it soon.

Replace servos with MG and adjust control arms to get max throws. 14x6 prop will work. Awesome air frame
