i don't know how to use the tiny black plastic O ring?
also the provided scrows are too short to reach to the other end

The screw length is perfect for 6mm depron. I had a double thickness rudder that I needed longer screws for. I got some at the hardware store that were close enough to fit. not sure about the black o-ring. I didn't get them with my order.
