The new number one in performance and price! The new Turnigy Lipoly packs deliver full capacity at the said C rate. You wont find a better deal in Lithium Polymer batteries anywhere!
Since I can't update my review, I will post it here. I have had probably 20 really hard flights on these. Anyone that has seen me fly my Ritewing Demon Lite knows I am not gentle on the electronics. These so far are my favorite packs. They were originally the flightmax zippys, but I am going to get another pair with the Turnigy Label to see if they perform the same. Also, I have noticed any lipos greater than 30C seem to have a short life and short flight times. Sure they discharge faster, but I don't understand why the short flight times even when you aren't pushing packs. So I am sticking with these * 30C. 25~30C packs seem to be the best balanced for flight times and performance I have found so far.
hey Diggs how are you doing wasn't seff great. I'm running the same batt in my ritewing, with no problems, also got 40 flights on the 40 to 50c batt. with no problem, tell CK hello for me it was nice to meet you............Gary
about 30 min on average. this is with a mix of driving styles. if you are on the throttle a lot it might b a little less, if you bash like i do then you will probably get about 30 - 35 min.
i get almost 40 min. but i am not always on the throttle. i like to jump and bash. the first test i did with them i ran them hard for about 10 min and the voltage per cell was still over 4.0 volts.
I run these in my E-Revo Brushless, LVC set to 3.4v and I get about 30-35 minutes general bashing.
If you're doing speed runs, it' will cut down to 20-25 minutes.
This is dependant on your setup. High gearing, powerful motors and rough surface will drain more current resulting in lower run time. A smooth surface and a low(speed) gearing will be more gentle on the amp draw. Also, how u use ur throttle is important. If you mash it all day long, ur run times go down.
I wish Turnigy would make up their minds on bullet connector sizes. Currently they range from 3.5 mm or 4 mm or 5.5 mm depending on what battery you buy. Very confusing!!! Bring back the one size Dean connector.
I don't use DEANS if I can help it, becuause the leaf springs break after a while leaving you with a bad overheating or open circuit connection. I stick with XT 60s througout now and I have been flying electric for a long time

Ok a bit early to make a determination on these, only one flight on my Ritewing Demon Lite 40, but WOW, that one flight was impressive. I disagree about the punch, running a pair in 4S config and they do as well if not better than more spendy lipos of the same size. I will try and keep this updated.

I'm racing with FSR-ECO boat. With cutting off the wires to 25mm the weight(g) become 278g. The battery was 298g! I discharged with 40A on Futaba CD-R5000. I'm used HXT 6mm Sprung Gold Connectors. D. Cut.Volt 6,2V D. Amp 40A Total Capacity 5120mAh internal resistance 1,5R! Average Volt 7,396V !!! this is an excellent data.
Great Cells ! you can pull a lot of amps out of them. Burnt a ESC, because of the availble more power !

Great battery, huge wires. Will not fit a revo without modification. I suggest NOT soldering the traxxas connector to 8awg wires, but use matching 5.5mm bullets and solder a 10awg wire to it, THEN the traxxas to the 10awg wire.
