need a new motor 4 f-1 hornet

im looking 4 some help... so far the ESC burt up and now i have the hk 125a esc. now the motor burt up. can someone point me in the right dirrection?im new to boats and i would like something to make the boat fast.plan on using a 3s 5000mah. all help is greatly appreciated. thanks in advanced.
