motor keeps running with finger off trigger??

I have four Hobby King 90A ESC's. When I let go of the trigger the motor keeps turning on two of the ESC's. The motor revs with the transmitter trigger but at rest position the motor is still getting power. I have to push forward to stop the motor.

I used the programming card to program the ESC's. Same setup/TX/RX for all.

What can I do? I have tried initiating the ESC with the Throttle Trim at fully CCW and CW but niether fixes the issue.
