Flew it just a couple of times, Last time the wind took it out over the river and all I have left is the TX. Was going to order the ARF but would like to upgrade maybe and was confused about what works with what.

Looking at RX and know original was 6 channel. When I search that it specifies only works with 6 ch TX. Mine is 4 channel with no model number. Maybe just get 6 ch TX/RX (upgrade for later). Does the plane come with the Y cable for the ailerons. Also looking at Buddy cable but not much info on the site.

Understand batteries, was using 2200 3S1P 20c without the washers was a good balance. Charger never worked but bought 1 that does so Ok with these.

ESC move up to 25c ?

All so confusing as to what will and won't work. Thanks for any suggestions.

ooops!
Two choices
1. Buy another bixler RTF
2. If you hope to get other models in the future, buy a 9x                  transmitter/receiver and use that for your future models.

And do a range test before flying

Also, put your name and number on the next plane you get, that way, when it floats away from you, at least someone who finds it, will know who to call in order to return it to you.

Err...that could backfire...you can be traced when your plane blitz's third party property or causes injury. Not everyone is in a club with insurance cover

I suggest you buy an AXN Floater jet, I had a Bixler, and I've found the AXN is a lot better plane.
Dude, where's my plane???

Huh ? Don't be rediculous, of course they can't . We've only been able to teach them to retrieve our planes from the trees. They bring them down and hand them over to the nearest roo, which of course can read and they bounce away and deliver them to our door for us . We've just got to hope a wombat doesn't get hold of them before we get to them, those buggers always try to fly them but they're very short sighted so they always lose them again .

I'm never wrong, once I thought I was but I was mistaken.
