im stuck...quad motors only spin...

ive built a tunigy talon with the hk v2.1 board, hk red brick 30a esc's and hk power distribution board. ive had the v2.1 board flashed by a friend so now i connect everything and trottle up...yeah the motors spool up in unisen. but thats it. i use ailerons...nothing. elevator...nothing
only i can control the throttle....why? i have a futaba cap9 in arco mode.my exp is at 50%...end points are all the way trims at 0 and i cant get it ... what the $%^$ is wrong with this?have i missed something?

Sounds like your board is stuck in throttle calibration mode, or have you actually armed the board at startup? If not, make sure the yaw gyro pot is not set to zero (set it to 50%), power up the board and arm the board according to the manual.
