Hi All,
Not really a resolved issue, more of a comparison.... 
I've ordered 8 times from HK over the last 6 months & never had any problems with delivery time or stock - very happy. I recently ordered some parts for my Hangar 9 Saratoga from another supplier in the US & this is the trail: Order placed on the 27th of May for items that were in stock. Nothing happened until the 30th of May until I emailed & asked why they hadn't shipped.. Then as below: (read from the bottom up). Lucky I wasn't in a hurry!

Yep, even good shops can get it wrong.looks like my nitro fule order one time.It did make it to me but it took the US tour.

Thanks for the replies - the parcel hasn't moved since my post so I don't think I'll be getting my parts anytime soon!

I love the way everyone always blames the shop first. It's usually not their fault, particularly in this example, where it is clearly the fault of the USPS.
Happens to me quite often when ordering from the East Coast of the US. Starts in New Jersey but could go anywhere after that!!! |
