Hi,

Anyone have any suggestns on a good lubricant for a HK 450?

And what parts do you lub? Tail rotor sliders? Main shart? Bearings in tail assembly? Belt?

Any suggestions / advice welcome

All bearings, tail slider , main shaft slider.DONT USE ON THE BELT.    Use a light oil like 3 in 1. Dont use too much it attracts dust and grit.
I must remember .... when inverted .... down is up and up is down .

Tail slider and mainshaft bearing. I use Ballistol gun oil, a very clean
and good oil and as said before, don't use too much.
There is a light at the end of every tunnel….just pray it’s not a train!.

I use the scorpion motor oil.It comes in a nice oiler type bottle,look under scorpion motor section

Oil like 3 in 1/triflow or similar for shafts, swash, sliders, bearings, bushings and very carefully motor bearings, silicone spray for ball links and belt. (silicone spray doesnt pick up dirt as much as oil)
