I can do you a list of bits for the ARF if you like:
ESC (comes with connectors already attached): http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__14872__H_KING_35A_Fixed_Wing_Brushless_Speed_Controller.html RX (DSM2 for your mate's DX6i): http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__11965__OrangeRx_R610_Spektrum_DSM2_6Ch_2_4Ghz_Receiver_w_Sat_Port_.html Satellite rx for above (optional, but much preferred to improve signal diversity): http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__13418__OrangeRx_R100_Satellite_Receiver.html Battery: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=8932 Bigger prop (6x4"): http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__7936___TGS_Sport_6x4E_Precision_propeller.html or: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__22423__APC_Style_Propeller_6x4_2pc_.html Hope that helps. With the bigger prop and ESC I'm told the Bixler really shifts. |

thanks a lot! but is it possible to use another radio to this watched a youtube video about this aircraft and they said something about the radio is lacking some settings that made it more difficult to fly, and I have a~friend who switched his radio to a new DX7s and I could buy his "old" DX6i for a good price but I don't know if it's a good radio because he switched and selling it so cheap
And should I go with the Bixler(ARF)instead when some people are using 2200mah 3S + and complain that the esc is weak ? |

it was a "give away" from HK so I became curious about planes if you have a suggestion for a "beginner kit" (radio and a suitable plan)have worked with RC cars for quite some time so I have all the basic tools/skills at least for cars but but nothing about flying!
thanks in advance |
