-I know it's rediculous the customer service by phone is terrible and if you do get a hold of anyone they don't know anything about anything or even the hobby...
Ok number2 where is the damm hk600 is it even coming out they said it would be out a long time ago why say it will be out and not release it it just really sucks! Someone tells you something and they don't come threw I hate that crap look I know hk has really good deals but they need some changes and one is hk600 and a USA office so there is cheaper and faster shipping and people in customer service that know some stuff -- I will say if you email them they will get back to you but it must be on chinas time not USA thanks hobby king for this great hobby and thanks everyone for my vent heck I wish hk would set me up for enough product to start a store here in Vegas because we don't have any hobby stores here that have helis ... Even though Alan szbo lives here |

gentle men, hold on to your hat, and stop barking.
Do you really what a incomplete/faulty Hk600GT, that you can buy-and regret that you did not wait for others to find faulty... makes no sense to me. Do you really think HK does this on purposes ???, as in they are holding it back, earning less money, getting unhappy costumers.. tsk tsk. im happy (waiting anxiously) letting them have the needed time to make the perfect product ready for the market. HK you got all my patience |

Disclaimer **** please note this is NOT a personal attack on any poster , more a comment of expectations from some people........ Ummmm you guys in the U.S. do realise if HK were to set up a U.S. Office and full distribution centre you would all end up paying far more for stuff than you already do through here? You would have full import taxes charged for them to bring goods in , all the workers would have to be paid U.S. wages , There would be huge rentals for warehouse space , I can guarantee that your Heli/plane/parts would not retail for anything near what they do through the online shop . Postage is cheap domestically in the States but part of your business practice is to build it into the cost of the purchase in the first place anyway . Of course they will reply to emails on Chinese Time ... they are in China LOL and by putting on staff to work at night just to please the American contingent would also add costs to operation overhead , and therefore drive prices up as well ... would you work 10 pm to 6 am for the same rate of domestic 9-5 pay to service a client in China ? That being said , could HK do better job re customer service ? well yes of course they can . but a heck of a lot of their problems come from people being "nation-centric" and expecting another country to be just like theirs , and before us western people get all huffy and quote about the better service we get via email and technical support etc , most of that comes from outsourcing companies in a third world country exploiting cheap wages and having someone sitting in a call centre that really have no idea of what they are addressing , they just follow a procedure and palm you off in a way that makes you think you have achieved something LOL .... who can China get to outsource for their operations that speaks english well and has the technical aspects of our hobby down pat ? All that being said , I may just have a solution ? I wonder if Hobbyking could not look into perhaps a single service rep located in each continent to address local concerns , sort the wheat from the chaff so to speak address what they can locally and then refer anything that they cant to HK HQ for consideration ??? That way language should not be as big a problem , and HK HQ would not be inundated with 27,000 emails from the one bloke who keeps getting pissed off they dont reply and hits resend incessantly ? Surely it wouldnt be too hard in this day and age to have these reps logged into the HK database and work from their respective locations , I for one know I could handle the Aussie side of things ( No not really a shameless plug for a job , but I would have the time to do so ) That way instead of one person ( or two or three or however many there are in CS at HK ) copping flack from a million different directions and chasing their tails they could be the hub of a web that ensures they only have to deal with single requests from authorised reps overseas ..... make sense??? Trumpy!
Does anybody know how to cancel a bid on e-Bay? I put in a bid for a “Cowboy Outfit” and it seems I’m only six minutes away from owning the Australian Labor Government ! |

You are 100 % right. When i buy a clone i wait the next model to go in the market and i byu the previews when i am sure that every problem is solved.
I ordered hk 500 gt when i learned about hk600 and read all previous info about assembling hk 500gt. I had NO ISSUES.Perfect flying with very low cost.HK 600 or Hk 700 will wait. For pilots that are in ahurry just imagine how dangerous is an untested machine with more than 1.20 m main rotor blade. For the price we got the service is perfect. Someone can have special service in the local hobbyshop (hobby king price X ....) Edited by markos51 - 01/Feb/2010 at 11:50pm |
