It wont work, if Your 1S battery doesn't have a balance plug.
But if You have one, then make sure, that You plug the connector correctly, black wire on the bottom, if You hold Your device the same way as shown in the picture above.
Does anyone know, how this tester works with 1s lipos? Does not work... works well with my 3s lipos, but the display does not show any readout -> no response with 1s lipos.

Of COURSE it does. Just as the specs show above: "Battery Applicable: 1S ~ 6S Li-xx" Are you sure you didn't reverse the polarity on the balance connector plug? (There's only the 1st 2 pins involved).
Proof it works - if it "works well with my 3s lipos", the first cell reading (U1) shows it's reading that individual, ONE cell.
Hm, I can't see the problem with rebadging. Or are there any functionalities that got broken with the rebadge?
Indeed, others are decepting HK products with stickers to sell them for 300% more :). That's a concern, not the other way round.
A Must have item for all LiPo users. Checked all my LiPo packs and noted that one was unbalanced even that worked well. Recommended for toolpack and will test later on flight.
