It is good for the rode of 1,5 mm.
Make the rode 90 degree then insert the rode in the hole of the nylon stopper and in the hole of servo arm andc lick in the rode.
JOHNB
I found these the same as you, for .032" wire, NOT for 1.5MM. I ordered two separate times to see if there is a mix up and still coming as .032" wire.
Part or Part Desctiption WRONG....!!!!! Part #10790 received, this is for 0.7mm wire 12x4x2.2mm. HK Please Check part and FIX Description. At this time you do not have a clevis for 1.5mm wire. This item was that size, and is now smaller.
Why does HK not put the WIRE SIZE in the discription? In inches and mm would be nice.......... It is possible that some of the Wrong Size Items have MIXED UP when parts are picked. The ones I just got for .7mm (.032") are #99000014 *22806*, and they are clear in colour, and round on the end not flat like this picture shows.
Try the Nylon Snap-Click style clevis 10pc PRODUCT ID: OR012-00702, they are for 1mm wire which still not ideal but closer to 0.032"/0.8128mm. It might work if you can bend the catch/fold around the wire a bit more close (worked for me on a 775mm foamy Cessna with thinner replacement wired without thread).
I just received a pack of these and I agree with the reviewer about the .8mm hole. These are basically identical to Dubro part #849 which are designed for .032 wire.
This is a very good clip for fixing the 1.5 mm rod. It is used not only for fixing the rod from the servo but on both sides. Cut the required length of rod small stock length. Fold pipe in the direction to enter the hole in the servo 90 degrees (or horn valve) insert in the hole then insert the servo hole Nylon Stopper and then into the groove along the bar. Good luck.
Make a 90 degree bend at the end of the 1.5mm rod connecting to the horn, the bent end must extend out of the horn enough to fix into the nylone stopper hole and just peep out, now clip the 'U' cut part of the stopper on to the length of the rod, the horn is now locked.
the rebar that goes to the horns when you pass by the horns Clevie you put the tip of which is 1.5 and the fat part of the return to put on the scroll bar on the line
