Can I use a 40 amp esc with 2200mah 25c in a 64mm edf with this engine?
 Sambalolek 40 points
Yes - the exact current draw will depend on the load of the fan unit so it's best if you measure it, but it should work. The max motor current is 29A, so a 40A esc and a (3S?) 2200mAh 25C is ok.

Have flown it yet, but if it is as difficult to setup, or configure in the ESC, as it is to find mounting bolts, I'll pass on buying any more.

And it sure would be nice to have the number of poles (magnets) on every motor listed in the specifications, since every measuring device sold here, asks for it, in the setup! That would sure beat the heck out of disassembling and counting them.

By the way, anyone know the # here?
