Can anyone tell me if i can fit 3S turnigy 5000mah 40-50c inside of this heat shrink???

will this work for the 2 cell turigy 3000 pack hade to remove cell need to cover not sure of size to get hope some one can help

No its too small. 100mm means the size when it is fully shrinked. You need shrink tube with 80mm!

just get a tape measure and wrap it around battery and multiply by 2. Get heatshrink that is closest to this.

I just got the 100mm heat shrink and it is very big. It's 100mm DIAMETER so when flat it's more like 160mm so should shrink to around 60mm (haven't tested that yet. I wanted it for a 2 cell lithium transmitter battery pack www.link but I think it may be too big for that.

I bought 5 meters of the blue 100 mm shrink. It is thicker that it needs to be. You could put a a new sole on your shoe but it does protect a lipo. I just covered a 2S 2P receiver pack I made from four 1100 mah A123 cells. It worked great. You should have a real heat gun to shrink the material. It is stout but a bit heavy for planes. That said, I like it.

Jason5001, that's great to see bigger heatshrink. Any chance you can stock the 2,3,4 and 5" wide stuff for making combined LiPo packs?

Very thick to protect whatever is inside wrap. Will wrap around most large battery packs and other things that need to be shrunk wrapped.

This heatshrink is large enough to go over even the biggest 6S lipos great for protecting them
cheap but adds considerable weight!
