With soldering station at 200 celsius. Hair dryer is fine too. Open flame works not good - you can damage shrink tube with it.

You can use the heat that radiates off your soldering iron (don't touch the shrink tube) or a butane gas cigarette lighter that creates the short blue flame. The traditional lighters that produce a yellow flame do work but you can easily burn the shrink tube as it takes longer to heat it up.

Any heat source you choose .. not at all difficult to work with. Practice with a piece or two on some s**** - you won't find it hard to do. The real trick is getting the connection soldered without shrinking it accidentally.
