I agree and give up, what the heck is for?
It's the Tools/'IC Glow Engines' (so useless to me anyway these days), but still got me beat what it's for. An IC car engine has flywheel, but can't see how this tool would tighten that.

its to tighten the flywheel nut. instead of using pliers on the flywheel to grip it you use this tool so it doesnt s****e up your flywheel. its very handy

Hi,you can use the hole in the 17mm whell hex, to unscrew the screw which tights the hub of the front and back wheell, so you can change the bearings etc.
