It works with 450size ,for 500 size perhaps too small.

Perfect kit, installed it on my Trex 450.
Came with 4 carbon rods,
2 connection plates: one have 90 deg between each slot for carbon rod. the Other have 60 deg between each slot for the carbon rod.
To fix the red balls in place there are 12 white rings that do the work.
Rods are 4mm in diameter

The balls are spongy, which I like, because most Training gear for 450 size heli's are plastic & dent, these won't.
