What is the shaft diameter for this one? I've been waiting for the 8x6 version for ages and I would take this if it was the same as the 8x6 which is 3.17mm. Also some one commented that the pitch doesn't look 7.5x4 but 7.5x7

I have discovered the collets in the center are interchangable with the hubs,they are grub screw not clamping type.Hope that helps

Well I'd still need to enlarge the hole somehow in order to fit the 3.17mm shaft into it? I don't think I have the drill bit at the right diameter to do the job properly.

3.17mm is in the old school 1/8th" drill.The hard part is keeping the hole straight so every thing spins true.Ideally it is a good job for a lathe but because the're alloy you could use a new[sharp] drill in a hand held pin vice.The main thing is to keep the hole square
