ja consegui resolver o problema de nao rossar a engrenagem principal,estou usando um motor de 500kv helidrive compinhao de 10t,esc de 120amp,bacteria de 5000 de 25c,fazendo 3d,tudo ok ate agora com 40 voos,ve se isso ajudara.

My dad has a Kyosho Nexus 30 helicopter and parts are becoming harder and more expensive to come by. So if anyone can help me with the lengths and thicknesses of the tail boom, main shaft, feathering shaft, blade grips, and the tail gears. If someone can get me the lenghts and diameter of those thanks.
Hello friends I am having problems with my js frenzy tzv2 old glow, I turned to him and put an electric motor Turnigy kv and 600-4030.1100 driver pinion gear 10t ones they offer for the conversion, and I'm having a very big problem castling gear not holding on when this brake for making 3d, someone is having the same problem and who can help me to know where I am going wrong thanks.
Ola amigos estou com problemas com o meu js frenzy tzv2 antigo glow,eu transformei ele para eletrico e coloquei um motor turnigy 600-4030,1100kv e o pinhao driver gear 10t aqueles que eles oferecem para a conversao,e eu estou tendo um problema muito grande de rocar a engrenagem nao esta aguentando quando travo para fazer 3d,alguem esta tendo o mesmo problema e quem pode me ajudar para saber aonde estou errando obrigado.
I just drilled out my pinion to 6mm on a drill press and it worked. I ordered a spare in case I messed up but it worked out perfect. I use a scorpion 4025-890 using 8 cell lipo with castle creations ICE 100 and it is full out 3D crazy.
I use dual nano-tech 5000mah 4 cells from Turnigy. Very impressed with these batts. My older ones with multiple flights are a little puffy but they still push the power out for hard flying. pn# N5000.4S.25 11936. Fit in perfectly with longer straps.

Is there anywhere to get parts specific to this Heli? Been waiting a bit to see if HK would stock them, pondering getting maybe this or an HK600gt, but I like the idea of knowing I can get parts easily.
The TZ-NITRO is basiclly the same heli.The TZ-NITRO TT parts will fit the TZ ELEC,TT.You just go to the TZ-NITRO parts list and match up what you need.Go WIGGLE guys.
You are right Matt the frames are different,but most of the common nitro parts will fit the elec.So far this is the only site that I have found that sells this kit.A main hobbies sells the nitro and about as many parts as HK.
Above answer is not correct even though it was awared "best Answer". All the part numbers that are shared with the Nitro version can infact be used and are exactly the same. The only different parts are the frame components... and they are available from Hobby King. I order replacements / spares from Hobby King for the most part but order from Amain if I am in a rush because I am currently in the USA.
plastic can be good for big helis when the plastic breaks its saving somthing else i do hard 3d with plstic blade grips and never had a problem .. but metal would be nice so i agree get a all metal kit
only issue that I have had with the plastic parts is the stock swash plate when using 140 degree setup. Strongly suggest using the metal swash SKU: V2_50-1103 only when 140.
You already have a motor mount with the kit,why would you need another?Unless you have a crash that defies the laws of rc heli macanics!!You only need one mount.GO WIGGLE!!
This heli is awsome!!! I have one and flys like on rails.It is very solid.Guys where else but HK can you a 600 size heli torque tube driven for under 200 bucks!!It is up to you to put what you want in to make it awsome.GO WIGGLE.
There is a bearing for Motorpinion in front of the Tail boom. Motorpinion is shown on photo, but there is no motor mount and no info about shaft 6mm or 5mm for pinion in the box. Where you get parts for this Heli? Manual?
AutoKing,The motor mount is not in the rear of the heli.The bearing in the rear is for the torque tube drive gear.The motor mount goes right in front of the main gear.If you change zoom to 200 mount is in plastic bag.
AutoKing:Sorry guys on my last reply.The bearing block to the rear of the heli is for main shaft,the 2nd is for the motor pinion.I have this kit now and its well worth the price.Everything is solid.Dont wait jump on it!!!!Im running 600m motor,610s on cyclic,650 with inertia860 gyro,castle ice100ampESC,600mm maveric carbon blades.Its ballistic,dont wait move,get it.Gonna get a 2nd and put 700 boom and blades because the frame is 90 size. The 700 boom will fit and also the torque tube.Battery compt.is tight 4000 will fit perfect.GO WIGGLE!!!
also guys on my 600 conversion you want a 500kv to 510kv motor.HK has none but those new 700 size.They wont fit.Im usesing the Turnigy 1000kv 600 motor just for now.The scorpion 4025 510kv should do just fine.Will purchase it my next order.Will also give you all flight specs and head speed numbers in a while.Thankz guys,now GO WIGGLE YALL!!!
All helicopter motors HK has are 6mm shaft, but this machine´*s pinion is 5mm. Which is the HK recommended motor for this heli? Can someone help with that?
I drilled stock pinion out to 6mm on a drill press with no issues. I use a Scorpion 4025-890 with small frame spacers around the motor and a ICE 100 ESC on dual 4 cell nano-tech 5000 batts and fly normally at 1950 head speed and when brave at 2200 wack-o crazy 3D.

Recieved this model few weeks back, very nice going together ok. I was wondering if the t,rex 600 electric air brushed canopys will fit this ,as not to happy with original.

Je voudrais savoir si "taxes" douanes ( que j'ai payé beaucoup pour autre produits ) et port non prévu ou évalué sont possible à connaitre. Peut-on recevoir un choix "tout compris" ( incluant moteur et prix, servo et prix, gyro qui correspond et prix ) avec évaluation du port et des taxes ???? Le produit parait "génial" et à un prix extra.

Had my Frenzy 600 for about a year now and uber pleased. I have several other machines and this one is my favorite hands down. I am not as worried about crashing since it is cheap to fix and I can afford a great deal of spare parts to always have on hand. Only upgrade I have made (other then simple mods to fit a Fusung TZ 50 canopy ) is the metal swash plate set up for 140 degree. Quality is very good and bang for the buck is unparallelled. I fly it along side some expensive machines at the field and love to brag on it because it can fly as good if not better.
