In order to answer your question Warpster we will need more information. Understand you will be using Four 800 KV motors. What size propellers do you intend to use with 800Kv motors? what are the other specifications on your motors (Size, internal resistance, no load current, or at the very least what brand name is the motor)? Each motor will typically draw different amounts of current with different props on them. a D4023 motor with 12" props will pull X amount of current however that same motor will pull less current with smaller props. Once we know what motor your using with what prop we can understand what the total current draw your motors will pull. Based on Total current needed you can then select a battery with a desired C rating. More Amps is not always better. It is a game of diminishing returns past a certain point. Also realize that in order to lift your quad you may need a certain size prop which may be too big for your frame so be sure to also see how much space you have between each motor on the quad as well. No, the leads come already soldered on, as are the connectors.

Note however, that the discharge connectors are really the 5.5mm bullet-connectors, and are NOT 5mm bullet-connectors, as stated in the specs for this item.

Use HobbyKing's "Polymax 5.5mm Gold Connectors 10 pairs (20pc)" (PRODUCT ID: AM-1005) to fit them.

Oh, the black wire has a male 5.5mm bullet-connector, while the red wire has a female 5.5mm bullet-connector.

If you Don't have 5.5mm than you will need to cut them off, but cut each wire polarity individually because it will short the battery=bad.

I don't know if the guy above has a converted 2.5 or 3.3! But there is NO way you can put these in a 1/10 (should be 1/8th) REVO or SUMMIT with out cutting the whole top or bottom out of the battery box or tray.
