Purchased the 4S & 5S same capacity back in December. Have a bad cell in the 4S. Won't go above 3.86V.

pack does not ballance well i have used 3 different chargers cells ranged from 3.92 4.20 4.11 4.17 after 3 cycles this was the closest they matched maybee a bad apple but i have had 2 turnigy 5800 3cells go bad after or during 1st run upon inspection found faulty solder connecting cells dangerious!

So I have purchased 5 of these batteries from the USA warehouse (3 2). On my second shipment, one of the batteries had a bad 3rd cell. Contacted customer support, was issued a RMA number and address to send it back to. 1 week later, had to call to find out what the status was, she noted it on my account. Then this morning, I noticed that I had a $54.38 HK credit in my account. So what about shipping? Long story short: I was told I would receive a replacement battery, I did not, and I was shafted out of around $20 in initial and return shipping. WTF hobbyking? You send me a bad product, then refuse to pay for your mistake? Total BS. Good job at treating a customer so well.

I have purchased two of these over the past year and BOTH have had one cell go bad. Thought they weren't bad for the price and capacity until I had the first and second packs have the same problem.
