I am new to electrics, so if this is a novice type question I apologize.
I received two of these batteries today. I am charging the first now. I have a HobbyKing ECO-6 charger and I've set it for LiPo 3S Balance 4A 11.1V. The most current the battery took from the charger was 2.1A. Why? I've set the charger for 4A and the battery is somewhat discharged (cells were about 3.5V measured using the LogView application (I've connected my ECO-6 to my PC so I can monitor battery charge performance).

boought 2 of theese to make a 16s pack together with 2x6s, 3 of the cells were good, one is slightly higher reading on Ir even after 5 test cycles to 5pcnt around 3.5-4 mohm which is too high, will have to buy another pack to get another cell, ohh well, quite cheap so its not that bad. the watthour vs gram and amp vs gram on this cell is very good
