These are standard cable ties,they are normally used for binding/tieing several cables together to keep them neat and tidy and also to secure to frames such as on a helicopter or similiar.The pointed end passes through the eye in the other end and there is a lock/catch system that stops them unfastening and to keep them tight.

Don't forget that these are 160mm and you need to reduce 10mm off the length of the things u need to bind. cheers

Just cut them to size. It's better to have longer ones for when you need them rather than joining 2 or more short ones to make a long one.
