Hello every1. I'm looking for some three-bladed props for foamy B-25 Mitchell. Do you have any suggestions? I want to use 3s batteries. I found nice 3x8x6 prop from master airscrew (ID: MA0860T) but i'm afraid that it is too big. I found also 3x8x4.5 GWS prop (ID: 157000048) but it is rather dedicated for helis not planes. Isn't it? What do you think? Do you have any other ideas?
hello i am building a quadcopter with this motor and Turnigy 2650mAh 3S 30C Lipo Pack and Turnigy AE-65A Brushless ESC
What propeller size would be optimal for me to use at them?
At other hand, i have notice that the motor pole (where the prop is inserted) is thicker than other motors. There are special prop for them or should i make the prop hole bigger to fit into motor pole?
Can i use this with a 30a esc and 3s lipo to power a 1.2meter wingspan ornithcopter ? Ok i'm trying to built one and i'm looking for a motor to power the flapping of the wings . I need a 1000 kv motor that can use 3s and either 3 or 5mm motor shaft .
An 11x7 spinning at 1450 is going to pull WELL over 45a on 3s. If you're still running cool it's because you're running half throttle most of the time or because your batt/ESC aren't able to provide the full current. I wouldn't go past 9x6, and then I would only hit WOT for a few seconds as it would be about a 50a draw.
ich suche zwei E-Motor fü*r eine Piper Twin Comanche aus den 80 er Jahren, das Gewicht des Fliegers liegt fertig bei ca. 4,5 kg, kann mir jemand zwei gü*nstigen Motoren u. Regler empfehlen?
I want to use this motor with a 9x4 or 9x4,7 propeller and ZIPPY Flightmax 2200mAh 3S1P 25C battery. it's possible? How long I can fly?
I will not use full throtle for a long time, only to take off.
Zagi flying wing 12 175cm
i think, why not! make a test on the ground with the prop and look how much power have the plane. but you must fly 100% throtle for a longer timer to get more speed but, that's the smaler problem :). and you don't need so much A from the ESC and thats good for your flighttime!!!
it is too heavy*-) you'll have to put a lot of lipo and fpv gear to balance it. and 1200grs of thrust is too much for this little plane! i used it for my 190cm wingspan skywalker and it's almost too powerfull. you have to install it on a warbird, 120cm wingspan, 9*4 spinner and 3s lipo or 8*4 and 4 s lipo.
I'm thinking of using this D3536-51450 motor in a restored (old) 1700mm wingspan Cessna style (overhead wing) aircraft. I'm thinking it might work well with a 9x4 prop, a Turnigy 40A BlueSeries ESC (40A cont., 60A burst) & an 11.1V N4500.3S.35 Turnigy nano lipo. I'm not after speed so much as enough to get it off the ground & be able to cruise about a bit as a hybrid glider. "A penny (point) for your thoughts"? P.S. It currently has a brushed "Graupner Speed 700 Turbo" motor, with a 9x4 prop, & an 'I don't know what' ESC, which, undaunted, I'm going to test with 11.1V. The old brushed motor is rated to 14V but has a nominal of 9.6V.
I am building balsa laser cut kit warbird p-51 . 37" wing 15-20 oz finished . I want to put this motor and turnigy 40 amp plush esc . Battery 2200 3s turnigy 50c. Will this set up work and what prop and prop adapter should I run
The flight times will be different depending on your total set up, i.e. what plane, esc and propeller you have. My Skywalker Falcon wing has this motor, 50-60A ESC, and 8x8 or 7x7 sport propellers, depending on how I feel to fly it. With 2.2A 35 to 70c discharge rate and a stock fat shark fpv connected to it, my flight times are in excess of 8-10 minutes. This is with throttle management.

2200 LiPo 3 s 40 C
60 Amps ESC
8x6 APC style prop
490 Watts@45 Amps
thrust >1600 grams
Nice finishing, simple and efficient. Installed on a LA 500 autogyro (1250 grams) : huge power... Motor almost cold after flight at half throttle (propulsive propeller). Excellent value for 12 Euros.

Very good motor, even if it were $30! Put this in my parkzone f4f with a birdie esc. Using an 8x6 apc prop, on a 3s 2200mah and she screams. Doing 85mph now and still only pulling 45 amps. Ordered some 8x8 apc props so should break 100mph and pull 55 to 60 amps. May also use 7x7 prop on 4s will update

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I built a t28d trojan modded with this motor and 80 amp esc with an 8x4 prop and Turnigy 80 amp plush esc with optional flaps installed. All I can say is amazing the plane had unlimited vertical and with a 4 cell 5000 mah 30c battery 30c was clocked at 124mph. The motor is outstanding and I have had absolutely no problems at all. You can also do a 3 cell setup which can range from a 2200mah to a 5000 mah 60-130 c or less. The prop we use is a 9.5x7.5 but you could use an 8x6!!!!!!!!!! Speed is 101!!!!! Amazing motor!!
