phil228, remember to be VERY careful and use a very sharp soldering iron tip. You dont want to overheat the plastic. Might be a good idea to use safety glasses and have a big bucket of water handy to throw the battery into if you run into issues.
If someone can find a picture of an older (before 2010) NE battery charger that goes with this battery it would be easier to see if the rails are in the correct position. I have looked on the web for a picture, but haven't had any luck.
Doesn't fit FP-100.
In fact it does, but falls off because original battery has ribs on the sides which this one doesn't. Glueing a piece of wire will probably help. Also this battery is 5mm longer so CG will be a bit backward.
I recieved these batteries yesterday and the punch of these things are completly amazing ! when compared to my stock (standard) lipoly I can say that the difference is out of sight. the case on these batteries offer the protection needed. the batteries are well worth the money guys. Flight duration is about mor that 10min & the charging time is also 10min so very good stuff.
