absolutely! this is just a mistake in the description. i tested the DS339MG, and the stall-current was around 400mA. Imagine, 7servos in a plane, you need a 30A BEC!!!
Oh and to answer your question, on 1/10 scale steering I like at least 6-10kg servo and on 1/8 I like 20Kg or more. These are for single steering servo vehicles. Speed of servo is not real important unless you are into racing. Throttle can be any cheapo as there is little torque involved.

Stay away from these. Bought three and all three burned up while setting my plane up. Was using them in a twin engine for the throttles and one for the retract valve. They weren't binding, just sitting there and suddenly started smoking, alot.

Good equivalent to Hitech 225. But plastic house are weak. The mounting bracket, or screw hold break off easy.
