What diameter of this wire, and what diameter of wheel?

it is usally in inches so if it is .90 then it is a about an inch wheel and the metal is usally in metric or centimeters. Hope i could help

Just received mine. The wire is 3mm and wheel 33mm.

I have one of these they are a good strong tail wheel, very easily suited to 70 inch model, I have fitted mine to 80 inch 50cc, and its good for 7kg model, working well, just ordered 2 more, for next projects.
