This tough-as-rawhide motor features 2pc Steel Can offering plenty of ventilation, dual ball bearings and a flat on the motor shaft for pinion mounting. Designed to be a direct brushless replacement upgrade for your old, low tech and not very rad brushed motor, the ST380L kicks "ass"!

Yes it can be used on a 1/10th touring car and yes it's 3mm shaft like your standard RS540 motors

this is a 28mm motor , for 1/10 is 36mm..
