This superb SU-26 Sukhoi is a top quality 3D gas model that even the most fussy RC pilot would be proud to own and fly!
The lightweight airframe is superbly designed and built, the excellent quality covering has been expertly applied and the cowl and wheel pants finished in a rich, deep gloss paint. No compromise to quality has been made on this superb 3D scale model, the undercarriage and tailwheel are CF, as are both the main wing tube and horizontal stabilizer tube. CF control horns and servo extensions are supplied and all pushrods are top quality turnbuckle/ball-link all round, the huge rudder is pull/pull operated as you would expect. As you look around this fantastic looking Sukhoi, the attention to detail is really impressive, for instance, the cowl is properly mounted on anti-vibration rubbers, there is a cavity and mounts for a proper muffler, and so on. From point of view of practicality, both the wings and horizontal stab are plug in and the easy access hatch gives almost unlimited access for easy field assembly and maintenance.

I have one. Be sure not to ding it in anyway because there are no spare parts. Rash up a cowl and you have to buy another plane to fix it. That is just crazy.
PLane wasn't packed very good. Had a good amount of damage to it. Hk stepped in and made it right thanks hk for your help.. Im gonna build it to fly electric cant wait to try it out. Overall plane appers to be put together really well

Have completed and test flown only 1 flight, have bought it back home for tweaking, found it very twitchy on the elevator but flyes o/k and is a floater for landing, My build specs are as follows. 5 x BMS705MG servos, 22 x 10 Carbon prop with balance ring added, Gmbh evolution power box, Hitec 9 channel Rx, 2 x 1750 2S Rhino batteries, DL pitts baffled muffler, 3 1/2" alloy spinner, Fuel line from local mower shop, COG balance done by using COG balance calculator on the net and it set at 170mm, Not 190mm- 203mm as stated by the Kit CD build instructions. Floated in on landing so COG must be close. have moved elevator linkages to dull down
the twitchy stuff and added more expo, tomorrow is another day,
hope all will be good, My Star rating only reflects my opinion of the kit i
got, there may be worse or better kits. HK is a lottery.
PS don't forget to re glue all the joints. cheers all happy flying.

Is very hard to find a good scale from Sukhoi
dont feel bad its $80 for me USA ,I DONT KNOW Y STILLso expensive when other companies can ship for less here in USA also,i dont get it .SO not going to buy it lol to much money
I would buy it right now except for the shipping. If picked up in Lakewood there is no shipping cost. However if I ship it UPS ground to Indiana the charge is $185.70 But the actual cost to ship UPS ground from Lakewood to Indiana for 26 pounds (11,809g) is $46.34. We are not as ignorant in the US as HK seems to think. Someone in Lakewwod could make a good living picking up and shipping our purchases. I can actually but the plane for a lower cost on aniothe web site because their shipping is $80 (from China!)

Plane was not packaged really well. Had good amount of damage to the cock pit and the cowl. Got with HK on the issue and they handled it real good. Im thinking of making the airplane electric power. Should be a good flying plane. Other then the shipping damage it appers to be a real nice plane can't wait to fly it. Thanks Mely
