It is metal - alloy. Not high grade aluminum. Looks great, but plastic arms can take hard bangs. Alloy parts for front knuckle and rear upright is OK.

for the money these are a great upgrade. Buy these once and you are good...better to spend 18 bucks the to keep wasting money on the plastic parts....you get what you pay for

one thing to remember when you replace parts for the metal parts is , ok the metal part won't break, but its likley to break somewhere else instead. From bitter experience!

I found standard arms quite brittle - so for a hard bashing a must upgrade.
